Pickled Hot Dogs and Cuke Salad 002
You will need a jar of the juice from just finished pickles, either sweet or not sweet, whatever you prefer.
Take one Package of your favorite hot dogs and cut them in 1 inch thick slices and add to the pickle juice.
You can also add some sliced green onion or green pepper.
Taste the pickle juice if it needs any salt, pepper or sugar or even dried dill. Whatever is in the juice will flavor the hot dogs.
Now, let the jar set in the fridge for at least a month to marinate the hot dog slices.
These are great on a warm summer day with potato salad, etc.
